Local Bus Service
Local bus services operate to/from Dublin Airport and the city centre. The journey time is approximately 1hour and the bus serves suburban bus stops en route. These services operate from the 2nd road at the rear of the Multi-Storey car park.
Airport Express Services
The Airlink express bus service, operated by Dublin Bus, serves the city centre and the Central Bus Station (Bus Aras). The Aircoach service makes various stops in and around the city centre. UR bus operates to Swords, Castleknock and Blanchardstown.
There are several direct services operating from Dublin Airport to the city centre, which do not make suburban stops en route. These services can be located on the Arrivals Road on exiting the Arrivals Hall.
Taxis
Taxis are available from the forecourt on the Arrivals level road. A taxi dispatcher is available at the taxi rank if you require any further information or assistance. A taxi receipt printed by the printer attached to the meter (not handwritten) must be given to all customers.
Holiday Car Parking
As the long term car park is a remote car park, customers should arrive at the car park 40 minutes before check-in time to allow adequate time to transfer from the car park to the terminal.

Bank and Bureau de Change Facilities
A branch of Bank of Ireland is situated in the Arrivals Hall. Bureau de Change facilities also operated by the Bank of Ireland are available in the Departures hall from 05:30 until 21:00 everyday except Christmas day. ICE Bureau de Change operates in the Arrivals Hall, Departures Hall, in Pier A/B/C and also in the baggage hall.
ATMs are situated in the Multi-Storey Car Park Atrium, in the Departures and Arrivals Halls, in Pier A and on The Street, a shopping area beyond passenger security screening.

You can hire a cab at the 24 hour Desk in the Arrivals Hall.

There are both short and long term car parks. Tickets automatically dispensed.

There is an Airport Information Desk in the International Arrivals Hall where staff will provide general advice and information on current flight arrival and departure times. We have a shared desk situated in the check-in hall (Tour Operators Desk).
Bank & Bureau De Change
There are currency exchange facilities in the Departures Lounge, Check-in, the Customs Hall and Arrivals Hall.
Disabled Customers
It is important to inform your airline in advance if you are likely to need special help. Lifts and ramps and specially designed toilets are available in the passenger terminal. If you think you will need help in the terminal you should call at the Information Desk or telephone in advance.

Shannon Duty Free Shop stocks the finest Irish and International products. Speciality departments include: crystal, china, linens, knitwear, leisurewear, perfume, skincare, souvenirs, toys, watches and jewellery, books, music, liquor, tobacco and Irish Food Shop.
Travelling Outside the EU
You can shop Duty Free. And also when travelling within the EU when making an onward journey to a destination outside the EU on the same day.

Location
8km south of Cork City, on the Kinsale Road (Kinsale 20km). All approaches are well signposted.

Car Parking
Car Parking is available adjacent to the main terminal building with the option of both long-term and short-term parking available. Holiday travellers are asked to please utilise the long-term carpark situated next to the Great Southern Hotel. Please allow sufficient time to comply with various check-in procedures.

The Customer Service Desk is located in the main arrivals concourse. Staff will be happy to assist with any queries regarding flight arrivals and departures, public transport services, accommodation services and general information. We have a desk situated in the check-in hall alongside the car hire desks.
Disabled Customers
Reserved Car Parking is available close to the terminal; ramps and lifts are located as necessary and there are a number of specially designed toilets in the building.
Bank
The Bank of Ireland is open from 06:45 to 20:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00 to 20:00 Saturday and Sunday.
Bureau de Change
The facility is operated by the Bank of Ireland and is open for most international arrivals. A currency exchange machine is also available.
Restaurant and Bar
HMS Host offers a range of quality eating experiences from 06:00 until departure of the last flight. The bar is open from 10:30 until normal closing time. Catering facilities are also available in the departures area
